1)Development of concept applied to the local need

a) Determination of how Grand-Aides can fit into the current and projected systems of workforce and workflow

b) Creation of a web-based tool for data collection

i ) Modification of training materials and protocols to fit local practice

c) Integration into current or projected health records

2) Aid in selection of supervisor(s); Train the supervisors

3) Aid in selection of Grand-Aides; supervisors train the Grand-Aides (Grand-Aides USA available for consultation during training)

4) Supervise implementation - first 3 months

5) Data collection, analysis, reporting and host best-practice webinars

6) Initial certification of program (as well as each Grand-Aide and supervisor) after training

7) Yearly site visit and re-certification
